We are seeking a dedicated and/or experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and implementing effective treatment plans to ensure client satisfaction and pest-free environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues, harborage points, and potential entryways.
- Accurately identify various types of pests, including insects, rodents, and other common household or structural pests.
- Develop and implement customized pest control strategies and treatment plans using a variety of methods and products, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely and efficiently, adhering to product labels and best practices.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques, sanitation practices, and follow-up procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, products used, and client interactions.
- Manage and organize equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns professionally and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Technician is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and environmental responsibility.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including bending, lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
