    The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to attorneys within the law firm. This position is responsible for making billing entries, managing legal documents, scheduling appointments, and handling other clerical duties. The ideal candidate shall be well-organized and detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities: • Billing Support: Assist in entering time and expense entries into Ebillity billing software, generating invoices, and tracking client payments., • Client Support: Greet clients, answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate attorney., • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, court dates for attorneys and staff. Maintain and update attorneys' calendars to ensure deadlines and appointments are met., • Office Organization: Maintain office supplies and ensure the office space is organized, and well-equipped., • Legal Research Assistance, if interested: Assist with basic legal research under the direction of attorneys., • Other Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as mailing, photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning documents as necessary. Skills & Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Paralegal certification or experience is a plus., • Skills:, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word) and billing software (e.g., Timetracker, Timeslip or Ebillity)., • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Bilingual in Spanish/Chinese and English would be a plus

This role is responsible for creating a safe, responsive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports children’s social-emotional growth, independence, and early learning. The ideal candidate is patient, emotionally aware, and confident in guiding toddler behavior using positive, respectful strategies.
