KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Providing excellent customer service to all customers that come into the establishment or call for orders following Paris Baguette's high standard of excellence, • Check quality of all the products for displays and organize rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts, • Delegating the duties between crew members on the floor and assigning the duties to be carried out, • Checking on the crew to make sure said duties are completed, • Enter in the customer's order in the POS and know how to use the POS system in place, • Work and thrive in a team-work environment, • Adhere to food safety guidelines, • Make beverages on the basis and demand during operating business hours and prepare coffee, • Always keep all areas of the store clean while operating during business hours, • Refill and organize all pasties and beverages on display, • Help unload deliveries (up to twice a week), • Handle catering orders, • For Opening Shifts: Cleaning all tabletops, turning on all lights, TVs, radios and drink displays, • For Closing Shifts: Cleaning all tabletops, preparing the drinks for next business day, sanitization processes, turning off all machines, powering off all computers and turning off all lights, TVs and radios HAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • At least 1-2 years of food handling/store experience inside a Paris Baguette retail store, • High School Diploma/GED or some college, preferred, • Current ServSafe certification, ServSafe instructor certificate or ability to become certified, preferred, • Positive and passionate attitude, • High sense of integrity and ownership, • Feedback is a gift! Who We Are Brewani brings coffee cart services for events, activations, and celebrations of all kinds. The Role: – Expected Schedule: Full-time, guaranteed min 30 hrs/week, variable days based on the event calendar (may include early mornings, evenings, and some weekends) – Pay: $30/h We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Manager to own the full operational backbone of Brewani’s events, from event-day execution to logistics to warehouse upkeep. This role runs events start to finish and keeps everything running behind the scenes between them, with minimal day-to-day direction. Key Responsibilities – Run events start to finish, independently, setup, service, and breakdown – Prepare espresso-based beverages and menu items to Brewani’s recipes and quality standards – Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests and clients – Own the execution of each event – Flag what’s needed ahead of time rather than waiting to be told – Book and manage rental vehicle logistics — pick up and drop off – Transport carts, equipment, and supplies to and from events and the warehouse – Restock and source supplies, including supermarket runs and event-specific perishables (ice, refrigerated items, specialty ingredients) – Prepare custom event materials (printed items, cup stickers, signage pickup) – Keep machines clean and fully functioning, equipment in working order, and the warehouse organized and adequately restocked at all times, proactively, not just before an event – Handle product returns – Coordinate occasional non-routine tasks, equipment repair/maintenance drop-off, warehouse supply runs, basic equipment fixes – Train and coordinate on-call freelance baristas; quality-check their event execution – Build event timelines and submit them for approval ahead of each event – Provide some client-facing day-of coordination Requirements – Hospitality, customer service, and barista experience – Valid driver’s license and comfort driving a rental van – Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage a variable schedule – Ability to lift and carry event equipment and supplies – Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods – Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law Benefits – Pay: guaranteed min 30 hrs/week, $30/h – Performance bonuses available
