You’ll work alongside an experienced team to ensure our patients receive a seamless experience from the moment they call the office to the moment they leave the office.
Key Responsibilities
Case Presentation: Clearly explain treatment plans and procedures to patients.
Financial Coordination: Navigate insurance benefits and provide cost estimates.
Treatment Scheduling: Manage a high-volume schedule efficiently.
Manage Pending Treatment: Follow up with patients that have unscheduled treatment.
