What You’ll Do:

• Target Sourcing: Search Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and real estate portals to identify luxury real estate professionals and developers who have incredible property listings but a weak or outdated social media presence.
• Professional Outreach: Use our high-converting scripts to reach out to these prospects, initiate conversations, and show them how Sterling can transform their content.
• Booking Consultations: Handle the initial chat back-and-forth to schedule interested real estate professionals directly onto our calendar for a quick strategy call.

What We Are Looking For:

• Hungry & Motivated: You are resilient, consistent, and deeply driven by high commissions on premium, high-ticket retainers.
• Professional & Polished: Flawless English communication skills. You know how to write cleanly and speak confidently to busy, high-net-worth real estate executives and development firms.
• Socially Savvy: Highly active on social platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn, and comfortable managing daily outreach numbers.
• No prior real estate experience required—we provide full strategic training and proven messaging templates!

Compensation (Please Read Carefully):

• This is a 100% commission-only role (there is no fixed monthly base salary).
• You will earn a highly lucrative percentage payout for every single client closed from your booked appointments. Because luxury real estate marketing retainers are premium and high-ticket, landing just a few clients per month results in exceptionally high monthly income.
