Job Description Electronics Restoration Services (ERS) is a disaster restoration company specializing in the restoration of electronics and appliances for insurance claims. ERS is seeking an individual who can handle the pickup and delivery of electronics (TV's, computers, stereo equipment) and large appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.) between our warehouse and customer sites. This person will be responsible for: • Creating an onsite inventory of items, • Safely removing the items and packing truck for transport., • Interacting with customer in a professional manner, • Delivering restored items back to the customer, • Onsite installation and testing of returned customer items. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Field Maintenance, Installation & Repair Technician to lead top-tier service delivery in the Northern New Jersey region. Position Requirements & Qualifications • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified, hands-on experience in field maintenance, industrial appliance service, HVAC/R repair, or multi-site property infrastructure management., • Active trade certification or license in HVAC/R valid in the state of New Jersey., • EPA Universal Certification (Section 608) for refrigerant handling., • Active Electrical License or Journeyman Electrical License is highly ideal and preferred., • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, low-voltage wiring, blueprints, schematics, mechanical assemblies, and specialized diagnostic testing equipment., • Possession of a comprehensive set of personal basic hand and electrical tools and diagnostic meters., • Must hold a valid driver's license in good standing with the State of New Jersey, • Must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment criminal background check and screening, as this role involves independent, unsupervised entry into private client spaces.
