Preferred Qualifications • Luxury / ultra-high-end residential portfolio with substantial FF&E, furniture procurement, custom detailing, and client-facing responsibility., • Experience mentoring or managing designers and implementing studio or department standards., • Knowledge of kitchen design, appliances, custom cabinetry, millwork, and shop drawings., • Experience with sophisticated presentation methods, digital visualization, 3D plans, or technology-enabled client presentations., • SketchUp experience; hand-sketching ability is also viewed positively., • Experience converting an architectural client relationship into a successful full-service interiors/furniture engagement. Ideal Candidate Profile The strongest candidate is both a designer and a builder of better ways of working: creative enough to elevate the design, organized enough to make the work repeatable, confident enough to guide demanding clients, and hands-on enough to stay close to drawings, presentations, selections, procurement, and installation. The firm is open to either a proven senior leader or a less-tenured, unusually driven designer who can demonstrate initiative, client presence, technology fluency, and a track record of improving how work gets done. Compensation + Benefits Base salary: $70,000-$120,000 per year, based on experience.
