Job Description Are you a skilled Network Tech who loves being out in the field, solving complex problems, and physically bringing tech setups to life? We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) looking for a hands-on Field Network Administrator & Low Voltage Specialist to join our team. What You’ll Do • On-Site Network Admin: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, access points, and client networks directly at client sites., • Low Voltage Cabling: Run, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6 wiring cleanly and efficiently through ceilings, walls, and conduit., • Hardware Installations: Securely mount TVs, security cameras, ceiling speakers, rack enclosures, and other AV/IT gear., • Problem Solving: Act as the face of the company on-site, quickly diagnosing network outages, hardware failures, and connectivity issues., • Field Mobility: Drive the company vehicle to client sites throughout the region to deliver top-tier on-site service. What We’re Looking For • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex network and hardware issues independently., • Hands-On Craftsmanship: Experience using hand/power tools, running cable, and mounting hardware (TVs, cameras, speakers) neatly and securely., • Driving Record: Valid, clean driver’s license with a safe driving record (Driving experience required)., • MSP / Field Experience: Prior experience in an MSP environment or field service role is highly preferred., • Client-First Attitude: Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
