Job Description We're a scratch-baking coffee shop and bakery looking for a dependable Baker's Assistant to join our team. You'll work alongside our baker to prepare fresh doughs and baked goods each day, helping us deliver consistent, high-quality products to our community. Schedule: Part-time, daytime hours Pay: $15 – $18 per hour to start based on experience What You'll Do • Mix, scale, and proof a variety of doughs, • Follow recipes precisely to keep results consistent from batch to batch, • Manage baking times and keep production moving on schedule, • Keep your station clean and follow all kitchen sanitation rules, • Juggle multiple tasks at once in a fast-moving kitchen What We're Looking For • A disciplined mindset and a drive for excellence, • A solid understanding of mixing, scaling, proofing, and baking times for a variety of doughs, • Previous baking experience in a scratch-baking kitchen, commercial kitchen, bakery, or restaurant, • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation rules, • Strong attention to detail and precision in following recipes, • Proficiency in multitasking Why Work With Us • A culture of honor.
