Apprentices gain a solid foundation in the skills necessary to work on a small-scale diversified livestock operation. Apprentices will go beyond gaining hands-on experience and learning technical skills through working as a team member to manage Glynwood’s Animal Welfare-Approved livestock operation. The 9-month Livestock Apprenticeship aims to enhance the apprentice's understanding of the principles and practices of regenerative, pasture-based production of beef, pork, lamb and poultry products. The Glynwood Apprenticeship is an intensive vocational training program. Apprentices work full-time in the pastures on the livestock team and are an integral part of daily livestock care which includes feeding, watering, and managing all species on pasture. Beyond gaining hands-on experience and learning technical skills as a team member, apprentices receive significant educational support including extensive in-field training in regenerative, rotationally grazed livestock production; complete assessments of their skills and progress towards program goals; and a 60-hour classroom curriculum. All of this is built into the full time schedule. Apprentices are expected to support Glynwood’s culture of philanthropy and may be asked to contribute to story-telling projects or events led by our development and communications team. From tractor operation to business planning, compost production to crop rotations, the Advanced Vegetable Apprenticeship aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how to manage a vegetable farm. This 9-month Advanced Apprenticeship is an intensive vocational training program. Develop team members by training successors and delegating responsibilities. Guest Relations & Community Engagement Actively engage with guests, building relationships and addressing complaints with a solutions-focused approach. Reacts to and assists with recovery actions or rewards to negative/positive online reviews to maintain NAYA’s community reputation Promote NAYA’s catering services and assist in taking orders as needed . Can execute all catering and third party orders with ease, understanding the importance of on time delivery. Make eye contact, greet guests warmly, and ensure the team upholds these standards. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Utilize financial reporting tools to monitor and manage sales, labor, and other key metrics. Perform cash counting, banking/deposit tasks, and manage discounts and promotions. Handle guest incidents and worker’s compensation reports when necessary. Additional Skills & Abilities Has mastered kitchen operations, COGS and labor management, line service and throughput Handle delivery issues and third-party dispatches promptly and efficiently. Ensure the store is opened and closed following NAYA’s opening and closing procedures. Serve as a strong role model, earning team respect and providing coaching as needed. The Mobile Radiologic Technologist role is an opportunity for an x-ray tech to apply their skills in a pediatric urgent care setting and assist with primary patient care based on individual patient needs within their scope of practice under the physician’s direct supervision. This position maintains effective working relationships with all customers, including patients/families, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors. The EPIC System Analyst is responsible for design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of Epic Inpatient Orders applications. Perform basic analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s). Work closely with Operational counterparts to ensure delivery of expected outcomes. Provide expert and creative solutions to end-user requirements and problems. Test and troubleshoot existing and proposed assigned system(s). Generate reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provide support and troubleshooting to end users. Document end-user issues and recommend steps to prevent recurrences. Work collaboratively with other EPIC applications and the Training Team to provide positive outcomes for our end users. Education: • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
