We sell mostly online, have two stores in the New York area, and we’re growing fast. We want our social to look like it. The role We’re hiring someone who lives on social and can make content that doesn’t look like an ad. You’ll come up with the idea, shoot it, edit it yourself and post it. No waiting on an agency or an editor. This is an on-camera role. Menswear is most of our business, so a big part of the job is being the face of it: wearing and styling our men’s shirts, suits and pants on camera every week. You’ll own Twillory’s organic presence on Instagram and TikTok, and the content you make will also run as paid ads. If a video works organically, we’ll put money behind it. We are hiring an AWS Cloud Migration Engineer to move our on-premises VMware estate to native Amazon EC2, using AWS Application Migration Service (MGN). You will join a small core migration team for a 20-week program covering about 100 Windows and Linux VMs. You will run the hands-on work: replication, test launches, cutovers and post-migration tuning. You will work closely with the cloud architect, network and security engineers, and application owners. Reports to: Migration Project Manager (day to day) and Cloud Architect (technical direction). Team: Cloud architect, 2 migration engineers, network engineer, security engineer, DBA, and application owners per wave. Key responsibilities You will own the technical execution of each migration wave, from discovery data through to a stable workload on EC2. Advanced MS SQL Server knowledge, Microsoft BI stack, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Meta-Data Management, Data Governance, Data Marts, OLTP, and ODS skills and abilities. AWS Redshift exposure for data marts and data warehouse preferred. Advanced expertise to understand and analyze business requirements Designs, develops, implements, and manages databases, packages, jobs, and gateways and handles environment specific deployments for scheduled releases.
