Support Store Operational Excellence • Support store operations including, but not limited to, processing deliveries and transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on the sales floor and maintaining visual standards., • Execute correct POS processes including proper cash handling and opening/closing the registers., • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures., • Safeguard company property, including key holding., • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization., • Responsible for opening and closing the store. Problem Solving • Demonstrate a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to understand a customer’s concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision. KEYS FOR SUCCESS Education: • High School Diploma/Equivalency Required., • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or a hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities: • Become the trusted product expert throughout the sales process, helping prospects understand the value and impact of Doceree's platform, • Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that connect customer challenges to meaningful business outcomes, • Partner closely with Sales to understand customer priorities and create compelling demo experiences that move opportunities forward, • Command virtual meetings, executive presentations, and webinars with confidence and credibility, • Bring customer stories to life by translating product capabilities into clear, compelling business value, • Use discovery conversations and active listening to personalize demonstrations and uncover opportunities, • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and AdOps to continuously evolve demo environments, messaging, and best practices, • Bring energy, curiosity, and creativity to every customer interaction while helping elevate the overall buying experience Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Demo Specialist, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Specialist, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing SaaS role, • Experience presenting enterprise technology platforms, • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the confidence to engage audiences ranging from end users to executive stakeholders, • Experience partnering closely with Sales throughout the customer buying journey, • Comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual demonstrations in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment Key Competencies • High emotional intelligence with exceptional communication and active listening skills., • Natural storyteller who translates product features into compelling business value., • Confident presenter with the ability to command a room or virtual audience., • Tech-forward mindset, you’re comfortable with CRM platforms, demo software, presentation technology, and excited by AI., • Proactive, adaptable, and known for creating exceptional customer experiences.
