Job DescriptionJob Summary We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide part-time, after-school, in-home ABA services to children and adolescents throughout Long Island. This position is ideal for candidates looking for afternoon hours between approximately 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with opportunities to work approximately 5–15 hours per week depending on availability, location, and caseload. Job Description Rumble Boxing is a high-energy boutique fitness concept that combines boxing-inspired training with strength training in a 45-minute HIIT workout. Our classes are designed to challenge members of all fitness levels while creating an unforgettable experience through coaching, music, and motivation. We're looking for energetic coaches who love fitness, enjoy performing in front of a room, and know how to create an atmosphere that keeps members coming back. What You'll Do • Lead fun, high-energy group fitness classes, • Coach boxing technique and strength movements safely, • Motivate members of all fitness levels, • Deliver an exceptional member experience every class, • Arrive prepared with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm, • Be available to teach classes at both our Watertown and Somerville studios when needed Qualifications • Group fitness, boxing, personal training, or coaching experience preferred, • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain), • Strong communication and public speaking skills, • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic, • Comfortable using a microphone and coaching larger groups, • Weekend and evening availability is a plus Compensation • Starting at $45 per class, • +$1 per member once class utilization exceeds 50%, • Opportunities for additional classes as the business grows Schedule Part-time Expected hours: 4–15 per week Audition Process To help us learn more about your coaching style, please include a short video (1–3 minutes) demonstrating how you would teach one round of a Rumble Boxing class. This can be created after your first interview. The video doesn't need to be professionally produced—we're looking for your coaching ability, energy, cueing, and personality. Responsibilities include: • Consistently delivers superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and other skills training to meet or exceed customer expectations., • Completes and utilizes the following programs: Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, Preferred Customer Program, Special Orders, and Custom Services Training from NDS., • Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk including making appointments for customers, consulting with customers on their Custom Services project, taking Custom Services orders, and delivering completed Custom Services orders in store., • Displays an energetic and positive attitude with all customer interactions., • Assist in the coordination of merchandise set-ups, has knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and has the ability to implement and maintain the store as set forth by store management., • Follows directions and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines assigned with minimal supervision., • Understands and acts on the procedures required for reporting low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management as needed., • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment., • Excellent Communication Skills., • Working knowledge of a variety of traditional fine art mediums preferred, including but not limited to: paints, markers, pencils, print making materials, clay, papers etc., • Availability to work flexible schedules including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays as required by the needs of the business., • Regular attendance in accordance with the retail attendance policy., • Associates in this role are scheduled an average of 15 - 25 hours per week based on availability and the needs of the business, • Elevates Service Standards, • Leadership, • Champions Core Values, • People, • Operations, • This position has no supervisory responsibilities., • Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds while using the appropriate lifting techniques and following all safety rules., • Prolonged walking, standing, and climbing ladders., • Minimal travel in the local area may be required., • High School Graduate or equivalent.
