About the Role We are looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operational coordination of our stone fabrication factory. This is a highly hands-on, on-site role embedded in a working industrial production environment. For the next two months, this role will be based full-time at our Mount Vernon, NY production facility. As our new Greenpoint, Brooklyn headquarters comes online, you will transition to helping run day-to-day operations there as we scale into a much larger, more advanced robotic stone factory. You will act as the operational backbone of the factory tracking production, coordinating teams, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects move smoothly from robotic carving to finishing, crating, shipping, and installation. We currently operate 2 robotic carving systems and are preparing to scale to 10+ machines. This role is critical to building the systems, processes, and coordination needed to support that scale.
