Job Summary: To deliver great customer experience while maintaining and operating the Seafood Department; to prepare and pack out fresh and frozen seafood according to Company and department standards. In this role, the Senior Estimator will provide the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Construction & Development project team with expert estimating services to support pending change orders on this $1.8 billion design-build project. The Penn Station Access Project will deliver direct Metro-North service from the Bronx, Westchester County, and Connecticut to Penn Station and Manhattan's West Side, improving connectivity to communities with limited access to rail transportation. The project includes the construction of four new ADA-accessible passenger rail stations, more than 19 miles of new and rehabilitated track, four bridge rehabilitations, the reconfiguration of Metro-North's New Rochelle Yard, four new and one reconfigured interlockings, five new and two upgraded substations, and significant upgrades to signal, power, and communications infrastructure. In this highly visible role, the Senior Estimator will contribute to the successful delivery of a transformative transportation project that will enhance regional mobility and support the communities served by the rail network.
