This is a combination household and childcare support position, with the primary focus on housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and keeping the home organized. The candidate should also be comfortable helping supervise and care for the children when needed. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking care of a home, is naturally organized, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working around children. Main Responsibilities Housekeeping & Home Organization • Thoroughly clean and maintain the home, • Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas, • Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain household surfaces, • Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens, • Change bed linens and towels, • Maintain a consistently clean, neat, and welcoming home, • Follow the family's household routines and instructions, • Handle clothing, household items, and personal belongings with care, • Assist with other household tasks as needed Childcare Support • Help supervise the children when needed, • Assist with the children's basic needs and routines, • Keep children's areas clean and organized, • Provide responsible and attentive supervision, • Help the family with childcare when parents need additional support This is not primarily a nanny position.
