Job Summary: Our Logistics department is in search of a Yard Jockey to handle daily warehouse activities. You should be able to prepare trailers and yard vehicles for processing and dispatching shipments. Besides, you should be able to inspect the vehicles and conduct minor repairs as and when needed. As a Yard Jockey, you should be able to check the incoming and outgoing equipment for their functionality. Also, you should be able to aintain and update a report of the daily activities. In addition to this, you should comply to the health and safety standards at all times. o perform in this job role, you should have excellent physical fitness. You should be able to operate inspect and maintain yard equipment. Moreover, you should also display strong collaborative skills as well as the ability to work independently.
