We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to own the site’s maintenance performance end-to-end — leading Team Leaders and technicians, and driving the transition from a reactive to a proactive, planned and predictive maintenance culture. This role is the accountable owner of the site’s core maintenance KPIs — safety, downtime, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, and cost — and reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and Engineering as a key partner in executing the 24-month reliability roadmap. It is a visible, high-impact position with a clear development path toward Director-level responsibility.
