Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Open/close kitchen when needed., • Prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked., • Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes., • Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine., • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine; unload and organize them properly., • Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed., • Perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested., • Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service., • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest. Required Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required., • Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff., • Credentials in health and safety training., • Certification that meets local requirements., • Must be flexible with hours., • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations., • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
