Maintain the highest standards of sanitation by disinfecting tools, workstations, and equipment in accordance with state regulations. Ensure all services are performed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and outstanding service. Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend retail products to support nail health. Manage appointment schedules, prepare workstations before each service, and maintain accurate client records when necessary. Keep up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices. Assist in maintaining salon cleanliness, organization, and inventory of products and supplies. Work collaboratively with other salon professionals to create a positive and professional team environment. Must be able to have a flexible work schedule and able to work on weekends
