The Senior Data Analyst position will be responsible for the management, design, testing and implementation of Data Warehouse projects for Policy, Claims, Quotes, Billing, Agency, ancillary components and Data Mart insurance application data. Export Customer Service Representative WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will provide the highest level of customer service through prompt response to all cargo enquiries, complete and accurate bookings and professional communication when following up with the customer on any missing cargo and/or documentation in order for the customers booking to be loaded as scheduled. This role routinely uses equipment such as sit-down and stand-up hi-lo fork lifts, pump and electric pallet jacks, ladders and RF scanner guns. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are forty (40) or more hours per week, with assigned start and end times in the range of 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position may occasionally require longer hours when workload or project deadlines require it. Travel- Driving is not required for this role, but a warehouse associate may, on occasion, accompany a Driver on a delivery and assist with unloading the product.
