Export Customer Service Representative WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will provide the highest level of customer service through prompt response to all cargo enquiries, complete and accurate bookings and professional communication when following up with the customer on any missing cargo and/or documentation in order for the customers booking to be loaded as scheduled. It is the responsibility of the Export Customer Service Representative to ensure all requirements for the booking are complete so it can be handed over to Load Planning. Previous experience in a geriatric long- term care facility preferred. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language required. Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to provide the residents of the facility with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established procedures and as may be directed by your supervisor. Functions: Ability to follow established performance standards and perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ability to assist new employees in following established policies and procedures. Ability to identify special resident problems and report them immediately to the Charge Nurse. Ability to provide direct resident care as assigned. Ability to conduct resident rounds as assigned.
