Reports to: QE Manager Responsibilities: • Complete daily process and safety reviews of the production floor for both production shifts., • Provide a constant presence on the shop floor as a direct communication channel between production and engineering., • Support production floor quality initiatives focusing on process consistency and scrap reduction., • Conduct First Article inspections and review with Engineering., • Evaluate process flow to suggest improvements and changes to engineering., • Support implementation for continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery., • Demonstrate the ability to determine root cause and provide technical feedback to engineering.
