Role Description The LCSW anchors case management for RMVAP's SSG Fox suicide prevention program. This person builds each participant's individualized service plan, leads the response when screening shows elevated risk, and makes sure every participant gets a warm, tracked hand-off to the clinical, legal, and social services that address their risk. The LCSW leads the case management team and works closely with RMVAP attorneys and the program's intake and triage lead. Under the grant this is a non-clinical role: the LCSW uses clinical judgment for assessment, safety planning, and referral, but does not provide psychotherapy or other treatment, which is furnished by referral.
