The impact you'll make in this role: As an Acera Account Executive, you'll work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. Together, you'll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact by: • Driving territory revenue growth through strategic account planning, prospecting, and sales calls., • Building and executing action plans using pipeline, sales data, and forecasts; maintaining accurate reporting., • Developing trusted relationships with key decision makers across hospitals, outpatient sites, and physician offices., • Providing on-site clinical support and customer education, including in-procedure support and product demonstrations., • Delivering customer-first service and resolving product/service concerns quickly and compliantly., • Partnering cross-functionally (e.g., reimbursement) and aligning with management while monitoring competitive and market trends. Driving requirements: This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-hire Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and ongoing compliance with Solventum policies. Your skills and expertise: These are the core capabilities and experiences essential to make an impact: • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales, • OR High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years' experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales, • Current, valid Driver's License "Nice to have" qualifications: • Previous surgical and biologic experience preferred, • Background delivering customer presentations/training and maintaining written documentation., • Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and expense/reporting tools (e.g., Concur)., • Exposure to territory or multi-account workload management, including needs assessment, follow-up, and coordination., • Ability to work with clinical stakeholders (physicians, surgeons, OR staff) and supporting communication in procedural settings., • Exposure to customer issue resolution, objection handling, and continuous improvement based on feedback. Additional requirements: In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively "prerequisites to entry") for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. Work location: • Remote: Within Corpus Christi, TX Travel: May include up to 90% travel within assigned territory. Relocation assistance: May be authorized. Pay transparency: Applicable to US applicants only: The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 with additional commission opportunities based on role eligibility and performance. This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
