Responsibilities • Assemble electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components and subassemblies, • Install circuit boards, hardware, and assemblies into frames and housings, • Build battery-related and power system assemblies, • Route, terminate, solder, and rework wires, cables, and electronic components, • Perform masking, coating, and epoxy processes to protect finished products, • Set up and execute functional testing to verify product performance and quality, • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing and test equipment, • Support prototype builds and new product development activities, • Configure instrumentation, sensors, and testing equipment, • Assist with environmental testing, including temperature, vibration, shock, and vacuum testing, • Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standardsRequirementsRequired, • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standardized processes, • Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment, • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPreferred, • Manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical assembly experience, • Electronics assembly, soldering, wiring, or cable assembly experience, • Experience operating test equipment or performing troubleshooting activities, • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings, • Recent graduates from manufacturing, electronics, mechatronics, machining, aviation, or other technical training programs are encouraged to applyPhysical Requirements, • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift, • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed, • Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed assembly tasks, • Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment safelyWhy Work Here?, • Direct-hire opportunity with a stable and growing organization, • Consistent overtime available (typically 7-20 hours per week), • Company equity through stock options and long-term cash awards, • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, • 401(k), disability insurance, and life insurance, • Paid parental leave, • 10+ paid holidays, • Three weeks of accrued PTO, • Shuttle transportation available from multiple Seattle-area locations, • Clear pathways for advancement and long-term career growth, • Collaborative team environment with exposure to advanced manufacturing technologiesJob Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Redmond, WA.
