Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing daily office operations, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about health, wellness, and exceptional customer service. Role Description The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will be responsible for providing expert injectable treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, as well as PRP therapy, IV therapy, and other advanced aesthetic procedures. Responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, creating customized treatment plans, administering treatments in line with company protocols, and maintaining detailed patient records. The role also requires ensuring outstanding client experiences through professionalism and a patient-focused approach. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, NY. Qualifications • Proficiency in administering injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, IV drips and PRP treatments, • Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and post-procedure care, • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and delivering natural-looking results, • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of New York, • Attention to detail, precision, and safety consciousness, • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships, • 2 years of previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or a related field
