In this role, you'll care for One Medical patients through scheduled and on-demand visits via video and asynchronous messaging channels. Responsible for providing respiratory therapy care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities, under supervision of physician. Principal Accountabilities: \n 1. Evaluates prescription, measures arterial blood gases, and checks patient information to assess patient condition and determine requirements for treatment, such as type and duration of therapy, and medication and dosages. \n 2. Renders aerosol medications and treatments to patients for inhalation, and positions patients to assist in breathing and prevent lung obstruction. \n 3. Responsible for promoting and restoring patient's health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care, directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs and providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
