Position Overview The Senior System Design Specialist runs company-scheduled in-home appointments, identifies the cause of water intrusion, structural movement, or mold, designs the repair, and presents the proposal. As the team grows, this person helps train new specialists and is the first candidate for Sales Director, with a review scheduled for July 2027.
