On-Call and Coverage • The Assistant Director participates in the clinical on-call rotation and is available outside standard hours as needed for escalations, staffing gaps, and patient-safety matters.Requirements: Required • Active New Jersey registered nurse license or higher in good standing., • Five or more years of infusion nursing experience., • Two or more years of formal nursing leadership experience with direct nursing reports, such as charge nurse, nurse manager, or assistant director., • Strong clinical infusion skills, including difficult venous access and central line and port management., • Current BLS certification required., • Infusion nursing certification, such as CRNI, or equivalent specialty certification, obtained within one (1) year of employment., • Ability to work daily across New Jersey service locations; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred • Compact license in good standing., • Ambulatory or community-based infusion experience, including biologics and other specialty therapies., • Pediatric infusion experience., • Experience with accreditation and survey processes, such as ACHC, URAC, or The Joint Commission., • Experience with electronic medical records and nurse scheduling systems., • Current ACLS certification.
