Compensation is tied directly to sales and accounts generated by the associate, with uncapped commission potential. We are looking for someone who understands the nature of joining a young business early and is interested in helping build its commercial operation. As the gallery grows and reaches sustainable revenue and/or secures additional financing, there may be an opportunity for this role to develop into a regular paid position with expanded responsibility.
