Remove the cover. · Drain, clean, roll-up, and store the water bags. Replace the “pop-ups” for the cover. · Clean, sanitize and fold/roll the cover for storage. Place the cover in the designated storage area. · Remove the pool equipment from storage for use in the set-up. • Diving board, • Skimmer baskets, directional fittings, drain covers, • Cleaning equipment, • Chemicals needed for start-up, • Other items as identified by the mechanic · Skim debris from the water, vacuum the swimming pool and scrub the tiles · Clean the deck area · Police the deck area for tools and equipment. Return all tools/equipment to the service truck. · Fill the chemical order as directed by the mechanic. · Unload the truck of all of the debris and trash from the days service. · Any other duties as assigned by the mechanic or management of the company.

POSITION SUMMARY The Account Supervisor will serve as a strategic partner and problem-solver for our client needs and directly manage and support accounts of all sizes. Job Summary: Our clients are complex and highly transactional. The Associate supports the Principal, Portfolio Strategy, who guides the team’s investment strategy, sets asset allocation targets for our equity and fixed income models, and oversees day-to-day trading for roughly 70 families. The role has two core demands. Saunter is a bathhouse and social lounge where food and beverage is not the headline—it is what makes the whole experience work. Guests will move from sauna and pool to coffee, lunch, dinner, late-night, and back again, often barefoot, in robes, and on their own schedule. Your job is to create an F&B program that feels native to all of it: nourishing without being earnest, generous without being heavy, operationally sharp without feeling engineered. This is a senior pre-opening consulting engagement. You will turn an established vision into a working program: menu architecture, beverage direction, service models, operating standards, systems, vendors, and the decisions that let a first location open well and future locations repeat it. The strategic center of the program is dinner after 5pm, when the room becomes most social. Daytime still has to earn its place: a strong coffee program, easy lunch and co-work service, and food guests can genuinely come back for twice a week.
