Backcountry Wellness provides immersive programming for children and adolescents who live with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake, Orthorexia, and Other Specific Feeding and Eating Disorders (OSFED). Job Summary: The Care Coach (CC) is responsible for supporting programming throughout the facility during daytime, weekend, and overnight hours - depending on the agreed upon schedule. The CC is an important part of maintaining the overall health and vitality of patient base while also assisting with facilitation of programming and supervision. The CC will be responsible for the facility and the patient base of eight, providing supervision and support to the nursing and clinical staff, and ensuring a tranquil and safe environment at all times.
