About the Role We are seeking a senior Market Risk Production Manager to lead the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of a critical global Market Risk technology platform. This one spans the whole business, including marketing, ecommerce, manufacturing, and supply chain, because GLDN manufactures locally in Washington and ships globally. We sell made-to-order, personalized jewelry, so digital demand turns into physical work with real capacity limits, and personalization creates many-to-many product/component relationships that complicate ordering, forecasting, and reporting. We spent the last year standing up our data platform- Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Sigma. This role takes it to the next stage: a well-modeled, tested layer the whole business and AI can query with confidence. It’s built by the person closest to the data rather than assembled ad hoc by business teams. Some of what’s waiting for you: • Accurate daily sales and revenue, even through cancellations, production delays, and returns, • Product reporting and insights, an area we’re still building out, • Marketing and customer insights, real acquisition drivers vs. what’s just taking credit, • Demand forecasting and replenishment, alongside our Planning team, • Returns, what’s coming back, from where, and why, • The cost of being out of stock, measured rather than estimated, • Gold prices, pricing, and margin visibility as metal prices move, • Labor cost by product, since nearly everything is handmade, • A platform that keeps scaling cleanly as sources and models grow What you’ll do • Own the pipelines and the models: Ingestion (Fivetran and custom), transformation (dbt), and modeling (Snowflake) across ecommerce and manufacturing. Position Overview We are seeking reliable, mechanically inclined General Labor Technicians to support an OP Cart Retrofit project. In this role, you will refurbish warehouse carts by replacing and installing components to meet updated operational standards. Key Responsibilities Replace handles and side frames on warehouse carts Replace braking systems and casters (wheels) Install forklift tabs and netting Apply barcode labels to completed carts Remove and properly dispose of waste materials Perform additional field service tasks as assigned by site leadership Must have experience using basic hand tools and power drill/drivers Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physically demanding work (standing, bending, squatting for extended periods) Must successfully complete a phone screen and pass an Accurate background check prior to start Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts, including weekends as needed Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Site Requirements Steel-toe or composite-toe boots/shoes required for entry Valid government-issued ID must be present for every shift Contractor safety training and site procedure acknowledgment required prior to entry All tools and equipment provided on-site Single-site location (no travel required) *General Requirements* When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following: • Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items, • Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight, • Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner, • Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor, • Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift, • Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment, • There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
