The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical and service goals. Working Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays between the hours of 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. This is a 40-hour work week, and the shifts are to be determined by the practice manager upon hire. May be asked to float to other clinics as needed Location: 55 Morris Ave-Suite 100, Springfield NJ 07081 Primary Responsibilities: • Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information, • Perform insurance verification on the date of service, • Obtain patient signatures for required documents, • Upload a valid Government issued state ID of patient and patient insurance cards, • Accurate and complete occupational medicine registration workflow, • File and maintain medical records, • Consistently correct registration work queue errors, • Confirms and schedule appointments, • Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, • Perform referral documentation promptly, • Working daily in the claims edit work queue to correct registration errors for submission to insurance companies, • Performs certain follow-up services for patients in a prompt and courteous manner, such as scheduling specialist appointments, scheduling follow-up appointments and obtaining copies of lab results or specialist reports, • Adhere to the standards identified via Sparq regarding Optum Employee Policies, • Work cohesively with fellow employees to achieve specific team goals, • Comfortable working in high pace environment, • Participate in planning, coordinating, and implementing care in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team in accordance with the Plan of Care, • Assure the continuity of care through scheduling and tracking systems, • Provide effective communication to patient / family team members and other health care professionals as evidenced by documentation, case conferences, communication notes, and evaluations, • Notify clinical staff of schedule changes as they occur, • Comply with administrative policies to ensure quality of care, • Demonstrate precision and efficiency in scanning documents and monitoring the fax server, retrieving and / or scanning documents and assigning to the appropriate electronic chart, • Participate in orientation (scheduling segment) of new field employees and distribute updates and changes as needed, • Perform other related duties and assignments as required, • Organize and maintain medical records, • All employees are expected to keep abreast of current medical requirements relevant to their position, which includes maintaining patient confidentiality and abiding by all HIPAA and OSHA requirements, • Complete new clinical competencies rolled out by the Educational Committee, • Work Independently, and Assist with Clinical duties on a limited basis, • Ability to work across multiple departments, • Performs other duties as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured., • Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required., • Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements., • Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required. This role requires strong knife skills, precision fabrication, and the ability to work efficiently in a USDA-inspected facility. Location: Bronx , NY Pay $17 to $23 based on experience Shift : start time 12:00 am packers, 3am butcher to completion Key Responsibilities Meat Fabrication & Portioning • Break down whole muscle cuts (such as tenderloins, strip loins, and shoulders) into steaks, cubes, and strips, • Hand-cut and portion steaks and trim to precise customer requirements, • Monitor yields closely and reduce trim loss and waste, • Distinguish and separate Halal and conventional products in accordance with SOPs, • Operate effectively within USDA-inspected facilities, • Coordinate with supervisors regarding product specifications, yields, and production issues Food Safety & GMP Compliance • Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, • Wear and maintain proper PPE (gloves, aprons, sleeves, etc.) at all times, • Avoid cross-contamination between equipment, products, and work surfaces, • Follow strict handwashing and sanitation procedures, • Ensure proper temperature control to maintain product quality and safety, • Assist in upholding HACCP protocols and internal food safety requirements Station Cleanliness & Maintenance • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation during the entire shift, • Complete end-of-shift cleaning and sanitization of knives, cutting boards, scales, tables, and containers, • Immediately report broken equipment or unsanitary conditions, • Comply with USDA regulations and company sanitation policies Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a butcher (required), • At least 2 years of commercial or wholesale meat cutting experience preferred, • Knowledge of USDA inspection processes, Halal compliance, and HACCP standards preferred
