KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage all facets of the franchise sales and development process at Paris Baguette, including lead generation, FDD disclosures, organizing all key introductions and meetings, hosting discovery days or brand overview calls, through awarding a franchise., • Direct and support franchisees as needed through the entire development process from initial contact to store opening., • Execute National franchise growth strategy related to new franchise sales and store openings., • Build a franchise development pipeline in selected markets that consistently maintains a sufficient inventory of qualified new franchise prospects to meet the Company's short/long term growth strategy., • Use analytical skills to organize and analyze market data to prioritize potential major markets and to assess potential new franchise development opportunities., • Implement franchise recruitment strategies, processes and tools to develop strong relationships with franchise candidates and franchisees., • Work closely with the real estate team to ensure a proper hand off for continued great support and continuity., • Work closely with Legal as needed, to ensure accuracy with the ADA and FDD documents., • Attend trade shows and conferences as needed to meet with prospective franchisees., • Perform other related tasks, duties and special projects as assigned.
