What you’ll do • Execute a detailed cocktail menu with precision and consistency, even on a slammed Thursday night, • Run a high-volume bar: multitasking across service well, bar guests, and the floor without dropping quality, warmth or kindness, • Talk guests through the menu, make recommendations, and sell with confidence across cocktails, wine, and spirits, • Keep your station clean, stocked, and prepped, and follow specs exactly. Absolutely no free-pouring, • Join tastings and trainings as the program evolves, and contribute ideas. Many bartenders on our team have had cocktails put on our menus What we’re looking for • 2–3 years of craft cocktail bartending experience. Or advanced understanding of mixology or food science.
