The role: The Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing asset uptime, and leading the day-to-day maintenance operations at our food manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution site. The role The Warehouse Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Cranford facility's warehouse and production floor, ensuring customer orders and production goals are met on time, at an efficient cost, and to a high standard of safety and quality. This role oversees staffing, workflow, facility conditions, and team development across warehouse fulfillment and production teams, and serves as the on-site leader in the absence of other operations leadership. This role reports to the Sr. Operations Manager. In case of an absence, then the Production Supervisor will serve as the backup. This is a full-time position with scheduled hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday. The schedule may be subject to change based on organizational and operational needs. The role: The Sanitation Associate is an integral part of the Cranford team, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
