Position Summary: We are seeking Clinical Social Worker III's (LCSW) to work within our VIDA Guidance Center Location in the Bronx. As the LCSW, you will utilize evidence-based approaches to provide clinical therapy to children, adults, and families. This position is hybrid. We run capacity building training programs for the workforce sector to better understand the clean energy sector, and we convene clean energy employers to articulate their workforce needs. The Role A clean energy think-and-do tank, operating as a lean, mission-driven startup, is launching a multi-year training program for the people who make decisions about multifamily buildings across New York City: board members, building owners, property managers, and residents of condos and co-ops. The program teaches people who are not engineers, and who can often spare only a few hours a week, enough knowledge and confidence to guide a decarbonization project from start to finish. The engagement has two tracks, and you can take on one or both. Track A is curriculum development, front-loaded in the build phase with ongoing refresh work throughout.
