We have helped over 280 families find their way home. Our team is small, five including our agents, and we work closely with each other and with our clients. We are hiring our first office assistant. What you will do Client follow-up and CRM • Enter every new lead and client into our CRM the same day they come in, • Call new leads to confirm their details, answer basic questions, and get them on our calendar, • Keep reaching out to leads who do not answer the first time, until you get a real response, • Log every client call, text, and meeting note so the history lives in the system, • Run our follow-up schedule so nobody falls through the cracks, • Send email campaigns for new listings, open houses, and market updates Transaction coordination • Run every deal through a transaction checklist in our CRM, from contract to close, • Set reminders three business days ahead of every deadline, • Upload and file all transaction documents to the right deal record Office and documents • Answer the office phone and greet clients who come in, • Organize and file client and property documents, • Prepare listing packets, disclosure packages, and offer paperwork Marketing support • Keep a simple content calendar, • Coordinate with our photographer and videographer on new listings What we are looking for • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, • Extremely organized, and someone who genuinely likes checklists and deadlines, • Comfortable on the phone with someone you have never met, • Willing to follow up again and again with people who do not respond the first time, without taking it personally, • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and learning a CRM, • Discreet with confidential client and financial information, • Real estate experience is a plus, though not required if you learn fast, • Being comfortable in front of a camera is a plus, not a requirement No real estate license is required. This role does not involve showings, negotiating, or discussing price and terms with clients. Schedule and pay Tuesday through Saturday, 30 hours a week, roughly six hours a day between 10am and 4pm. In person at our Bronx office on Middletown Road. Saturday matters because that is when buyers are out looking and calling. $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, with a pay review at 90 days. Plus a $100 bonus for every closed transaction you coordinate. How to apply Send a voice note, two or three minutes, telling us about yourself and why we should consider you. Record it on your phone and email it along with your resume. Record part of it in Spanish so we can hear both. We would rather hear you talk than read a cover letter. Applications without a voice note will not be reviewed.
