Reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic and Student Success, the Associate or Assistant Director of Academic Success is a key member of the Academic and Student Success team and will work collaboratively with other members of the department to foster and promote high student achievement throughout their time in law school and as they transition to their professional careers. The Associate or Assistant Director will also help advise the faculty and administration on student outcomes, maintain and analyze data related to student outcomes, and prepare periodic reports for administrators and the Dean as needed. Most notably, the Associate or Assistant Director must possess a keen understanding of the cultural, social, neurological, psychological, and financial challenges that confront college-age and professional students, and work with other members of the Academic and Student Success team and other departments to devise thoughtful strategies for addressing them. About this Work The Partnerships and Onboarding Lead, Innovation Team will support the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and ongoing partnership operations for schools participating in DREAM’s AI-focused programmatic cohort model. The Partnerships and Onboarding Lead will create a strong partner experience by coordinating logistics, managing partnership requirements, supporting legal and compliance processes, and working with school data and technology teams. Job Description Position Purpose Teaching Assistants will work with high school students in the P-Tech Program. Perform teaching assistant duties related to the P-Tech program. This work includes attending the class, to be up to date on the topics covered, assisting the instructor as needed, then providing tutoring hours after the conclusion of the class. Major Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: Attend the class for which they will be assigned as a Teaching Assistant either on campus and/or on Zoom.
