The Opportunity As One Medical continues to expand and transform the primary care experience, we're seeking physicians to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. In this role, you'll care for One Medical patients through scheduled and on-demand visits via video and asynchronous messaging channels. Job DescriptionThis position will perform routine and non-routine maintenance, diagnostic and repair work on vehicles (buses, vans etc.) which adheres to FirstGroup standards. Also, may act as a Shift Foreman and may receive a shift premium.In the state of Washington, this position is considered a safety-sensitive position and is therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis.$28.00/hrMajor Responsibilities • Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers by performing limited repairs with minimal supervision on both basic and complex maintenance such as replacement of light bulbs, fuses, lenses, wiper blades, belts, hoses, batteries, check fluid levels, change fluids and filters and lubricate components., • Perform mechanical repairs under minimal supervision including the repair of brakes and brake inspections, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission clutches and other repairs., • Maintain records of all maintenance work completed on vehicles including parts and supplies used. Ensure that work orders are completed properly and accurately. Maintain parts usage records and order repair parts from designated suppliers., • Diagnoses and performs accurately all phases of vehicle and equipment repair under minimal supervision. May perform diagnostic tests utilizing a computer and manufacturer's software to determine mechanical defects., • Lead preventative maintenance (PM's), safety maintenance inspections and annual maintenance inspections at prescribed intervals of time and usage, • Remove, overhaul and reinstallation of mechanical components with minimal Tech in Charge supervision, • Notify supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment and corrective action taken, • Evaluates completed work prior to release and seeks approval where required, • Leads road calls and emergency services as necessary, • Adhere to FirstGroup standards, policies and procedures, • Moves vehicles safely between job and work area, • Repair and maintain all shop equipment, • Other responsibilities as requested or required Minimum Education or Certifications Required • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair (preferred), • Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required (or expected within 3 months of hire), • State inspection license (if required), • ASE Certification preferred. Overview: Position Summary Responsible for all site activities related to construction project on jobsite to successfully complete the project on schedule, within budget and maintaining the highest quality standards. Position Overview The HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting Riverdale Country School’s heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. This position plays an important role in ensuring that campus buildings remain safe, comfortable, energy-efficient, and operational for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and related mechanical systems, responds to service requests, maintains equipment records, and helps ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and codes. The position works collaboratively with the Facilities team and may also assist with general building maintenance and campus operations as needed. Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and replacement of HVAC and related mechanical equipment campus-wide, including controls, pumps, filters, valves, sensors, and motors. Monitor systems to identify performance concerns before equipment failure; maintain accurate service logs and equipment histories and complete work orders through the School's CMMS. Plan, prioritize, and schedule work to minimize disruption to school activities; order necessary parts and maintain inventory. Maintain mechanical rooms and work areas in a safe and orderly condition; follow applicable codes, safety requirements, and refrigerant handling procedures. Coordinate with Facilities colleagues, contractors, and vendors for specialized service; escalate equipment concerns and major repairs to the appropriate supervisor. Respond to HVAC and Facilities emergencies and work occasional evenings, weekends, or events as required. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five years of professional experience with commercial HVAC systems; current EPA Section 608 Universal Technician Certification required. Demonstrated knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems; experience with Mitsubishi VRF, Carrier, and Trane systems preferred. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams; proficiency with CMMS, Google Workspace, and related workplace technology. Valid driver's license; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Dependable, responsive, and safety-conscious, with a commitment to maintaining a welcoming campus environment. Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work safely from ladders, and operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Job Description Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY! Who We Are The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities • Ensure all residents are comfortable, • Assist residents with activities of daily living (food service, personal care, bowel and bladder functions, etc.), • Measure and record vitals routinely, • Observe and report the well-being of residents, • Provide assistance with Range of Motion exercises and ambulation, • Establish healthy communication with nursing personnel and other department personnel, • Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed, • Assist with the lifting, moving, positioning, and transporting of residents, • Check, review, and abide by resident care plans, • Follow work assignments and schedules in completing tasks, • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity, • Remain prepared to do any services and assignments within the scope of practice of a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements • High school diploma or its equivalent, • Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant license, • Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, • COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred • Previous experience in long-term care, • Previous experience with Point Click Care What We Offer • Competitive pay scale, • Weekly payroll, • Medical and dental coverage, • Generous employee referral bonus, • 401k, • Paid time off, • CEU-eligible training programs, • Ongoing leadership and professional development training, • Dedicated and local leadership support Apply today!
