About the Role Roadway Moving is hiring an experienced Class B CDL driver to lead long-distance residential moves from pickup through final delivery. You'll operate the truck and serve as Foreman, acting as the client's primary point of contact and the crew's leader on site. As we continue to scale our CPG business across retail channels nationwide, this role is critical to ensuring our products move efficiently, on time, and on budget from our production facility to distributors, retail partners, and DTC fulfillment centers. Beyond freight, this role owns CPG inventory management end to end, weeks of supply (WOS) tracking, on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance at retailers, and inventory transfers across our 3PL network and supports our scoop shop business through 3PL inventory management, intercompany freight coordination, and logistics cost management and controls. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of operations, vendor management, and customer service. You'll work closely with our production, sales, and finance teams to coordinate domestic freight movements, manage carrier relationships, manage inventory health across our distributor and 3PL network, and help build the logistics infrastructure that supports Van Leeuwen's next stage of growth. This role will be based out of our Bronx office and follow Van Leeuwen's Hybrid work model and be in office at least two to three days a week. We're looking for a detail-oriented Client Services & Production Coordinator to join our team and help keep our production process running smoothly. About the Role You'll be the main point of contact for customers and the central hub connecting everyone involved in getting a job done — CAD designers, jewelers, setters, QC, and anyone else in the pipeline. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role — if you're organized, communicate clearly, and thrive keeping a lot of moving pieces on track, this is a great fit.
