Job Description The primary objectives of the Behavioral Health Supervisor include increasing the supervision of counselors to enhance their effectiveness and ensuring that our facility can treat patients with higher risk levels. This position aims to reduce risk and improve treatment outcomes by implementing robust supervisory practices.
