Working with the on-call veterinarian, the overnight LVT ensures that these patients get the support they require for a successful outcome. This role necessitates advanced technical knowledge as you are the eyes and ears for the doctor who is managing the cases remotely. In addition, you will assist in the provision of emergent care for any animal residing in the shelter that may need attention overnight, including animals in our advanced treatment facility that may be critical care cases. You manage treatment plan of hospitalized patients, performs diagnostics (x-ray, in-house laboratory) and obtains sampling (blood, swabbing), administers medications via all routes, and may need to assist in emergency procedures. Must be a self-starter with the ability to think critically in order to be a stakeholder in the patients’ treatment plans. OTxHUs will bridge the gap in the continuum between care provided in the jails and inpatient hospitalization, with admission to and discharge from the OTxHU in accordance with a patient’s clinical needs. CHS will be the primary health care providers on these units and the NYC Department of Correction will provide security and custody management. The OTxHU at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in Manhattan will be the first of this unique, groundbreaking project to open with a planned completion date as early as the end of 2024. The Vice President, Consumer Lending is the enterprise leader accountable for the strategy, growth, sales performance, credit execution, operational transformation, and continued optimization of our clients’ Direct, Indirect, and Consumer Lending Sales businesses. The leader will protect and extend a strong operating foundation while building the capabilities required for sustainable, risk-adjusted growth, a differentiated member experience, disciplined portfolio performance, and measurable enterprise value. This is a planned succession and optimization mandate, not a turnaround assignment. The incoming executive will inherit a strong, well-established operation with significant process improvements already delivered and recent audit results showing no findings. Leadership Context The Vice President will report to the Chief Lending Officer for the position. The role is expected to operate as a true business leader: setting direction, owning recommendations, leading through managers, representing Consumer Lending in executive and governance forums, and stepping into operational detail when circumstances require. The Role We are looking for a full-stack software engineer to build software to efficiently manage microgrids and other distributed energy resources.
