Key Responsibilities • Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, move, and stage heavy equipment and products., • Operate a variety of light- and heavy-duty trucks, equipment, and power tools., • Check in and prepare incoming and outgoing equipment for sales, rental, and service., • Load and unload equipment and vehicles for customers and drivers and inspect for damage., • Maintain the CTOS building, yard, and equipment to keep the location safe and organized., • Monitor yard inventory and assist with incoming and outgoing freight., • Clean and detail trucks to prepare them for customer delivery or shipment., • Drive and road-test equipment as needed., • Follow all safety procedures and best practices., • Other duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record required; Class A CDL is a plus., • Previous experience in a yard, fleet, equipment, rental, transportation, or similar role preferred., • Experience operating heavy- and light-duty trucks and equipment., • Comfortable working outdoors and performing hands-on work., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
