Loyal Home Care Looking for English speaking caregiver for an elderly woman M-F 9am-3 pm or 10am-4pm , must be pleasant , willing to work , punctual , clean . Job will requires assisting elderly woman with personal care , light housekeeping and supervision. License for PCA/ PCW is not necessary we will train free of charge .

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine or Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our growing multispecialty clinic with potential partnership track. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high quality medical care to our patients. As a physician, you will diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients. This is a growing clinic with multiple location with a physician driven culture. Our goal is the prevent or decrease our physician burn out. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Patient Care -Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments -Diagnose and treat various medical conditions -Develop and implement personalized treatment plans -Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient care • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work, imaging studies and electrocardiograms. -Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment 2. Collaboration -Work closely with support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care -Collaborate with our specialists (Mental Health and Gastroenterology) as needed -Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning 3. Quality improvement -Participate in quality improvement initiatives -Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols -Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices 4. Communication -Communicate with patients and their families -Maintain open communication with colleagues and staff Qualifications: -Must obtain Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. -Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine -Must be able to commute between our Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn offices Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
