Role Description The Claim Servicing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of funded claims throughout their lifecycle on the ClaimAngel platform. This is a phone-forward, relationship-driven position. You will own an assigned book of plaintiff law firms and serve as their primary point of contact at ClaimAngel, spending most of your day on outbound and inbound calls with paralegals, case managers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters to obtain case status and claim detail.
