It's a young, ambitious Caribbean-influenced steakhouse in the heart of Flatbush — prime cuts with island soul, oxtail ragu pappardelle, coconut crab curry, a serious bar program — building its name right now, and this role puts you in the kitchen while the standards are being set, not after. Who this fits • A sous chef, or a strong lead line cook ready for the title, with steakhouse or high-volume upscale experience, • Someone who leads by presence on the line, not by volume from the pass, • Caribbean flavors excite you — or you're hungry to learn them properly, • You take consistency personally: same plate, same standard, every ticket What we offer • $45,000–$65,000/year, based on experience, • Weekly pay, • Staff meal on shift — 50% off or comped at management's discretion, training included, • A real growth path: this kitchen is developing its next era, and the people in it now shape what it becomes, • A team culture built on accountability with grace — mistakes get coached, standards get kept Apply
