Job Description The primary function of the Experienced Fit Booker is to independently manage and grow a designated roster of fit models and client accounts, with responsibility for securing and maximizing paid bookings, maintaining strong client and model relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the Fit Department. The Experienced Fit Booker is expected to have a strong understanding of the fit modeling industry, client needs, model specifications, casting and booking processes, and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions with minimal supervision. Administrative: • Independently manage day-to-day client and model relationships, bookings, schedules, go-sees, and submissions., • Match models to client requests based on specifications, sizing needs, booking history, client preferences, and knowledge of each model., • Prepare and submit model packages, portfolios, spec sheets, and other materials to clients., • Manage bookings from initial inquiry through confirmation, completion, and follow-up., • Maintain accurate client, model, booking, and scheduling information in CRMs, calendars, and internal systems., • Resolve scheduling conflicts and booking issues efficiently and professionally., • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings. WORK SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS • This role requires in-office presence at least three days per week. Specific days may be determined by team or departmental needs., • Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Any schedule changes must be pre-approved by management., • Availability for occasional evening and weekend scouting events, client meetings, or industry events is expected. The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (“Director, FP&A”) is a senior leader within the FP&A function, partnering directly with the VP, FP&A to own the company’s planning, analysis, and reporting agenda. The role spans reporting, forecasting and budgeting, strategic FP&A, and cash management. This individual owns all of these, from the long-range financial model, the annual budget, the rolling forecast, and the headcount plan to monthly management reporting and quarterly Board and investor materials, driving automation throughout and developing a team of two Financial Analysts. This is a senior, high-autonomy role. Work product is expected to be complete, accurate, and executive-ready without review. Models, analyses, and decks produced by this individual will be circulated directly to the CEO, the executive team, the Board, and external capital partners. The Director is expected to take ambiguous problems, define the approach, build the answer, and defend the conclusion. It is also a high-exposure role with direct access to the C-suite and to Archwest’s investors. The Director will have regular conversations with the CEO, CFO, and COO, as well as with our investors, and will work directly on deliverables and analyses for each of these stakeholders.
